The Surf Club
Surfside, Florida
Built in 1929, the landmark Miami Beach Surf Club was an exclusive social club located in Surfside, Miami Beach. In March 2014, renovations of the historic club broke ground, and the property is now deemed The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. The project includes the addition of a 77-room Four Seasons hotel and two luxury condominium towers, as well as restorations of the original building. The two 12-story condominium towers are integrated with the original structure and provide 31 private residence suites. In addition, the restored property features new amenities, which include a private club, high-end retail, two restaurants, four swimming pools, and a gym. With direct access to 1,000 feet of pristine Atlantic beachfront, The Surf Club also offers beachfront cabana suites, unobstructed views, oceanfront dining, and a beachfront spa.
Coastal Construction is the general contractor of the project, and construction is expected to be complete by Spring 2017.
