Grove at Grand Bay

Located in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Grove at Grand Bay is a new residential high-rise built on the site of the old Grand Bay Hotel. Grove consists of two 20-story twisting glass towers, with a total of 96 custom homes that feature 12-foot ceilings and 12-foot wide terraces. Grove also offers luxury amenities, which include a roof top pool, spa massage room, pet spa, fitness center and children’s playroom. Grove at Grand Bay’s towers are the first LEED gold-certified buildings in Miami-Dade County and the first twisting buildings in the United States.
Grove at Grand Bay was developed by Terra Group, and construction was managed by Facchina. Construction started in April 2015 and was competed in February 2016.
