FC Mobile App login data is the same as the login data for FC’s secure website

FC Customer Service will provide individual login data when your company is enrolled in the system

Individual login User Name and Password is used to access the FC website Jobsite Administrator (JSA) and the Mobile App

This data is user-specific and should be kept private

Select Access Control from the Menu

Select the gate which you are controlling

Select whether you are recording entries or exits

Identify the worker entering by:

Scanning his badge

Entering his badge number

Search by last name

 4. TRAINING
How do I record a training session?

Select Training from the Menu

Click Add

Select Training type
-
Enter Training Description

Select Training date
-
Scan trainer’s ID badge

Scan each attendees’ ID badge to record attendance

Click Add when complete
Why would I want to search for a training session?

Searching for a particular training type or session will allow you to view workers who have attended.

5. SAFETY VIOLATIONS
How do I record a safety violation?

Select Violations from the Menu

Select Add
-
Select Violation Type from the list

Enter the Incident Location (free text)

Select the Date (month, day, and year)

Scan the badge of the person that observed the incident
-
Scan the Participant’s badge (can add multiple participants by Selecting Add)

Add an Image of the violation
-
Select the camera icon on the right
-
Take a photo of the violation
-
Retake if necessary
-
Add multiple Images by selecting the camera icon

Enter a Description of the violation (free text)

Select Add
How do I search for a safety violation?

Select Violations from the Menu

One of the following pieces of information is required to search for a Violation

Violation Type

Observed by Badge ID (type badge # or scan badge QR code)

Participant Badge ID (type badge # or scan badge QR code)

6. VISITOR LOG
How do I issue a visitor badges?
-
Select Visitor Log from the Menu
-
Click Create New Visitor Entry or scan the QR code on the visitor badge
-
The following pieces of information will need to be filled in; visitor will need a picture ID
-
First Name
-
Last Name
-
Date of Birth
-
Employer
-
Reason for Visit
-
Select ID Type (dropdown of choices)
-
If you choose State Driver’s License you will have the option to scan the bar code or you can just enter the ID number
-
Enter Issuing State
-
Expiration Date
-
Take a front & back picture of the ID
-
After each image is taken you will have to click “OK” if you are satisfied with the image or “Retake” if you are not
-
Click “Check In” – this will show the visitor badge as “Active”
-
You must “Check Out” the badge in order to issue that visitor badge again
How do I “Check Out” an Active badge?
-
Select Visitor Log from the Menu
-
There is a section for Active Visitors – tap the correct visitor you want to check out
-
Once their information pulls up – scroll down and click “Check Out”
How do I look up a previous visitor badge that has been “Checked Out?”

Select Visitor Log from the Menu
-
Under the section Search Visitors, enter one of the following.
-
Badge Number
-
First Name
-
Last Name
-
Start Date
-
Click Search – a list of Visitors will pop up with the visitor name, date and time the badge was issued
-
Click on the Visitor you would like to view – detailed information will then come up regarding that visitor
How do I record a visitor entry?
-
Once the visitor badge has been issued it is considered “a record”. You cannot enter a visitor badge through Access Control on the Main Menu
7. WORKER CERTIFICATIONS
How do I enter a worker certification?

Select Lookup from the Menu
-
Enter the worker’s Last Name OR enter the badge # OR scan the badge QR code
-
The Search Result box will appear listing all workers found
-
Select the appropriate worker from the list
-
The Worker Summary page will appear
-
Select Certifications
-
Select Add Certification
-
Select Certification Type
-
Enter the Certification Number (free text)
-
Select the Date of Issue (when the Certificate was issued to the worker)
-
Select the Certificate Expiration Date
-
Add an image of the Certificate
-
Select the camera icon
-
Take photo of the Certificate
-
Select OK or Retry if poor image
-
Add multiple Images by selecting the camera icon
-
Select Save Certification
-
How do I find the certification for a worker?

Select Lookup from the Menu
-
Enter the worker’s Last Name OR enter the badge # OR scan the badge QR code

The Search Result box will appear listing all workers found

Select the appropriate worker from the list

The Worker Summary page will appear

Select Certifications
-
Certifications entered will be listed

Select Edit to change information previously entered

Select Update to save your changes
