Located in downtown Los Angeles, Circa is an under-construction mixed-use development that includes two, 34-story towers with 648 luxury residential units incorporated with a 100-foot podium, with 48,000 square feet of prime, ground-level retail and 1,770 parking spaces.  The development will total 1,887,718 square feet and cost nearly $500 million.  In addition to a two-acre, resort-style amenity deck, the Circa will feature digital signage complimenting LA Live, Staples Center and Los Angeles Convention Center across the street.  Circa will transform the surrounding area with 15,000 square feet of digital signage facing Figueroa and 12,500 square feet of static signage facing Flower Street.

Lendlease Corporation has been selected as the general contractor for the project.  Construction began in 2015 and is expected to be complete by late 2017.

Project Highlights

Because of safety and delay issues, Circa brought in FC-CS to provide access control and worker tracking midway through the job.  Circa plans to utilize FC-CS to control a bustling city construction project and work in tandem with the neighboring FC-CS system being used across the street at Oceanwide Plaza.
