The Kent at 200 East 95th Street

The Kent, located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a planned 30-story condominium building with a tailored collection of 83 two-to-five bedroom residences.  In addition, the Kent will feature three levels of indoor and outdoor services and amenities.  These levels will include a parlor adjacent to the lobby, an indoor pool and sauna, a fitness center, a garden salon, and a sound lounge.

The developer, Extell Development Company, has chosen Gilbane Building Company as the general contractor for the project.  Construction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2017.

Project Highlights

This project is FC-CS’s second with both Gilbane and Extell Development.  Once again, Extell is utilizing FC-CS to provide access control and worker tracking.  For this project, FC-CS controls access to the project site in a heavily populated area, in addition to cataloging hours by workers.

A unique aspect of the job is its small site footprint and busy intersection utilizing both union and non-union labor.
