Project Highlights

FC-CS is providing access control and worker tracking for the 55 Hudson Yards construction site. The project was originally using different provider, but the project owner insisted on finding a better tool.  This resulted in Gilbane reaching out to FC-CS.  After several meetings, we were able to agree on a program that would replace and better enforce the access control component as well as the value add reporting.  Gilbane and FC-CS worked closely to design a labor compliance report that is sent out daily.  The report identifies total number of trades and classifications, as well as accumulated hours for each person and class.
