Oceanwide Plaza
Los Angeles, California

Oceanwide Plaza is a 4.6-acre, mixed-use development at the center of the sports and entertainment district in Downtown Los Angeles.  Oceanwide Plaza will offer urban luxury living with a 183-room five-star hotel, 504 luxury condominiums, and a 153,00 square-foot open-air retail galleria.  This $1 billion development will transform the Los Angeles skyline with a collection of three high-rise towers adjacent to the Staples Center and L.A. Live.  The 49-story north tower will include the five-star hotel, 164 condos, hotel ballrooms, night club, premium fitness center, celebrity chef restaurant, and a spa.  Oceanwide’s twin south towers will each rise 40 stories and include 170 condo units.  These two towers will sit atop a seven-story parking podium that will feature retail, restaurants, and an elevated private park.  The open retail space, deemed The Collection at Oceanwide Plaza, stretches a full city block on Figueroa Street, directly across from the Staples Center.

Oceanwide Plaza is being developed by Oceanwide Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of Beijing-based Oceanwide Holdings Group.  This will be the first real estate venture for Oceanwide outside of China.  The project broke ground in Spring 2015, and is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.
