A circumstance beyond our control has caused significant water damage at our Irving facility located at 3225 W. Airport Freeway, Ste. 226, Irving, TX 75062. This weekend we were forced to close this facility until further notice.
ID badges normally picked up at our Irving facility should be picked up at our Dallas facility (enter address). Dallas Cowboy Stadium replaced the former Texas Stadium. The new stadium was completed on May 9, 2008 at a total cost of $1.15 billion, making it one of the most expensive sports venues ever built. From the outset, the ownership and general contractor agreed that there would be a high priority set on limited jobsite access and job safety.
The University of Texas Ike Recovery Project was significant in both dollars and risk. Due to the number of workers assigned to this project – over 4,000 – the number of buildings requiring access monitoring – over 80 – and the fact that the campus and hospitals continued to operate, the workforce screening and access monitoring became critical given the workforce interface with the vulnerable population of students and patients.
With recent experience partnering on the "Daytona Rising" project, Barton Malow selected FC to provide the similar services at Notre Dame's Campus Crossroads project. FC is delivering workforce screening, badging, job site access control and workforce monitoring, and reporting services to the project. One of the challenges faced by the project is the physical size and the dynamic landscape of the project.

Brickell CityCentre is a $1.05 billion mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. With the project spanning 9 acres in the heart of an urban environment, jobsite access was a major concern. The joint venture contracted with FC-CS to provide jobsite access control – insuring that only properly authorized workers were allowed access.
FC Construction Services leads the construction industry by combining products and services with innovative technologies that help minimize risk, increase productivity, improve reporting, and reduce cost.
Ensure that contract mandated minimum worker qualifications are met.
Successfully screened workers are badged, allowing owners and contractors to analyze progress and profitability through the FC Dashboard, mobile app, or API.
